We came up with the idea to create JAVAN because we couldn’t find the off-road van of our dreams. The one that would make climbing and surfing trips unforgettable while allowing us to work efficiently.
Our ultimate goal is to provide unique and unforgettable travel experiences, offering a vehicle perfectly adapted to the needs of the most demanding adventurers. This exceptional capability ensures you benefit from optimal comfort so that adventure and comfort coexist in perfect harmony.
For the record, we often damaged our rental vans, as the interiors are very fragile and unsuitable for storing sports equipment. Aurélie’s nickname being Rhino, when a friend told her “at the same time you don’t put a rhino in a van”, she decided to take up the challenge and found Javan.
The Javan is a fascinating creature found in Indonesia, one of the last 5 species of Rhinoceros and the most endangered. Its distinctive feature is that it has only one horn, which gives it such a friendly appearance. Solid as a rock, it has no predators in its natural state.
So the brand was born, with the ambition of creating THE all-terrain van for everyday use by sports enthusiasts.
